Understand frequent platform errors, immediate checks, and when to escalate.
1) Domain and SSL Errors
Most domain issues are configuration or propagation related.
- Subdomain unavailable: choose a different, unique subdomain.
- SSL strict check failed: verify cert mapping and domain trust.
- HTTPS timeout after restart: wait briefly and recheck.
- Custom domain pending: confirm DNS records and propagation status.
2) Billing and Payment Errors
Payment issues usually involve credential, callback, or verification mismatch.
- Payment verification failed: check signature validation and order flow.
- Incorrect status after payment: verify callback completion.
- Renewal not reflecting: validate latest transaction and order state.
- Gateway init failure: recheck credentials and environment mode.
3) Account and Input Validation Errors
Signup and login errors are often input-format or account-type related.
- Invalid phone number: use valid country code and number format.
- Temporary email blocked: use Gmail, Yahoo, or company mail.
- Google-only account warning: continue with Google login.
- Token/session mismatch: restart flow from official page entry point.
