Understand frequent platform errors, immediate checks, and when to escalate.

1) Domain and SSL Errors

Most domain issues are configuration or propagation related.

  • Subdomain unavailable: choose a different, unique subdomain.
  • SSL strict check failed: verify cert mapping and domain trust.
  • HTTPS timeout after restart: wait briefly and recheck.
  • Custom domain pending: confirm DNS records and propagation status.

2) Billing and Payment Errors

Payment issues usually involve credential, callback, or verification mismatch.

  • Payment verification failed: check signature validation and order flow.
  • Incorrect status after payment: verify callback completion.
  • Renewal not reflecting: validate latest transaction and order state.
  • Gateway init failure: recheck credentials and environment mode.

3) Account and Input Validation Errors

Signup and login errors are often input-format or account-type related.

  • Invalid phone number: use valid country code and number format.
  • Temporary email blocked: use Gmail, Yahoo, or company mail.
  • Google-only account warning: continue with Google login.
  • Token/session mismatch: restart flow from official page entry point.
