Payments must be made upfront at the time of purchase.
Monthly renewals are charged based on the selected plan’s renewal rate.
Shop2Host reserves the right to change prices for services at any time, with prior notice given to current users.

4. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all of our hosting plans. If you are not satisfied with the services, you may request a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Refunds will not be issued after 7 days.
The refund will only cover the hosting service. Any additional services such as domain registration fees, SSL certificates, or other third-party services will not be refunded.

Cancellations
You may cancel your service at any time through your account settings.
If you cancel your service after the 7-day period, you will not be entitled to a refund, and your service will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Shop2Host reserves the right to terminate or suspend services for any violation of these terms.

Usage Limits
Plans may come with specific limits, such as storage, bandwidth, and number of emails. You agree not to exceed these limits.
Overuse of resources may result in additional charges or suspension of services.

Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including usernames, passwords, and payment details. Shop2Host is not responsible for any damages or losses arising from unauthorized access to your account.

Website Content
You are solely responsible for the content you upload or publish on your website.
You agree not to host or publish any illegal, harmful, or offensive material. Violation of this may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without notice.
Shop2Host reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate at its sole discretion.

Uptime Guarantee
We offer a 99.9% uptime guarantee for our hosting services.
In the event of significant downtime outside of scheduled maintenance, customers may be eligible for credits or compensation, determined on a case-by-case basis.

Limitation of Liability
Shop2Host will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of or inability to use our services, even if Shop2Host has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We make no guarantees regarding the performance or reliability of third-party services used in conjunction with our hosting, such as domain registrars, SSL providers, or payment gateways.

Data Backup and Loss While we provide backup services for your convenience, it is your responsibility to maintain your own backup copies of your website files and data. Shop2Host will not be held responsible for any data loss resulting from server issues, user actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Changes to Services
Shop2Host reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without notice.
In the event of significant changes to the service, we will make every effort to notify customers.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kerala, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
