By accessing or using Shop2Host (“we”, “us”, “our”) services at shop2host.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

Subscriptions & Billing
Shop2Host plans are subscription-based. You authorize us (and our payment partners) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation.

Prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise and may change with notice.
Taxes and government levies may apply as per law.
Failed payments may result in suspension of services until dues are cleared.

Refunds & Cancellations
Monthly plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing cycle starts, unless required by law. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid term. Certain add-ons (domains, emails, custom work) are non-refundable.

Permitted Use
You agree to use the Services in compliance with applicable laws. You are solely responsible for your store content, products, pricing, and customer interactions.

No unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing content.
No spam, malware, phishing, or security violations.
No sale of prohibited or restricted goods as per law/platform policy.

Domains, SSL & Third-Party Services
We may facilitate domains, SSL, payment gateways, shipping, and analytics through third-party providers. Their terms apply in addition to these Terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.

Intellectual Property
The platform, templates, code, and brand assets are owned by Shop2Host or its licensors. You retain rights to your content. By using the Services you grant us a license to host and display your content as needed to operate the Services.

Availability & Maintenance
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect access. We will use reasonable efforts to notify of major changes.

Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Shop2Host shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising from your use of the Services.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shop2Host and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the Services, or violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breaches, suspected fraud, non-payment, or risk to security/operations. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately; some provisions survive termination.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Kannur, Kerala shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply.

Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date will reflect the latest revision.
